Human Resources

We have 17 graduate and 10 diploma teachers, who are highly committed, experienced, dynamic and focused.
These professionals are selected through competitive recruitment criteria, re-trained, motivated and retained in a goal congruence philosophy.
We have 20 non – teaching staff dealing with matters outside the classrooms, mostly for quality welfare assurance. i.e. nurses, cooks, matrons, patrons, security guards, secretary, accountant, logistics officers etc.

Financial and Physical Assets

We have a 25 acres piece of land which is planned strategically to meet our present and future needs.

We have 30 classrooms, 3 modern laboratories, a modern library, administration blocks, teachers’ offices, 6 teachers houses, kitchen, shop, 6 dormitories to cater for 700 students.

We are connected to high grid electricity, urban water supply systems and a gravel road to our school. We have an electric generator and 3 deep wells as back up facility.

We have football, netball and volleyball grounds to ensure physical fitness and psychological well being of our students.

In our five year development plan we expect to put in place, a multipurpose hall, 40 more classes and 4 more dormitories to
accommodate 500 more students, modern playing grounds, water reservoir and a modern dispensary .

 

Research conducted by our experts in different subject areas has enabled us to identify appropriate and relevant curriculum materials; pedagogy and teaching aids that enable us to offer unique services.We also have put in place a team of competent and experienced personnel that has continuously formulated sound and attainable policies, goals and strategies to achieve our objectives.

 

Network and Relations

Paradigms Institute Ltd, which owns and manages the schools, is networked with various strategic stakeholders, within and outside the country that have similar interests.

The Institute has sustainable strategy of using the network and a long term relationship with its strategic stakeholders to acquire strategic resources so as to be able to offer unique services to the satisfaction of its various customers.

The Tanzania Investment Bank Ltd, which has financed phase II expansion project, and Tanzania Private Sector Foundation has shown interest in working together with us in terms of growth and capacity building
