WHO ARE WE?
Paradigms Nursery and Primary School is a private school that offers HIGH QUALITY education to pupils The school admits boys and girls pupils and offers both day and boarding services to cater for individual need.
WHERE WE ARE?
Paradigms Nursery and Primary School is located at Bonyokwa Hills, Mavurunza Sub-division, Kimara ward, Kinondoni District. The school is situated 20 km from Dar es Salaam City Centre, 3.5 km off Morogoro Road, in a 25 acre piece of land with all the essential infrastructure and facilities.
WHAT ARE WE?
We are voluntary agents of the Tanzania Education System offering the Tanzanian National Education Curriculum based Teachers’ Education developed by Tanzania Institute of Education and examined by the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA).

SUBJECTS TAUGHT:
Mathematics, English, Science, Kiswahili, Personal Development, Geography, History, Civics, Vocational Skills, French, Computer.
School fees (Payable in three installments)
The school has three fees terms:
Day: 230,000 x 3 = 690,000/=
Boarding: 380,000 x 3 = 1,140,000/=
Admission fees – payable once 100,000/=
TRANSPORT SERVICE (MONTHLY COSTS) FOR DAY SCHOLARS
1. ZONE A T.SHS. 30,000 x 10 = 300,000/=
2. ZONE B T.SHS. 45,000 x 10 = 450,000/=

We are determined and have all the necessary resources which will enable us to give our different stakeholders extra value proposition.
The resources are:
(a) Human Resources
We have 15 well qualified teachers, who are highly committed, experienced, dynamic and focused; selected through competitive recruitment criteria.
More over we have dedicated, loving, caring non – teaching staff in other social welfare sections. They include nurses, drivers, cooks, patrons and matrons
These elites have been sourced, interviewed recruited and are continuously motivated to deliver qualify services to carter for and beyond the expectations our various present and prospective stake holders.
The school is managed on administered by competent board; constituting of expert les with various competences in Education, Business, Management and social welfare. The combinations of school board, the management and contributions from various stakeholders give us yet another competitive advantage.
(b) Financial and Physical Assets
We have a 25 acre piece of land which is planned strategically to meet our present and future needs.
We have 18 classrooms, 2 modern laboratories, a modern library, administration blocks, teacher’s offices, kitchen, canteen, teacher’s houses, and dispensary among other things. We also have 6 dormitories to cater for 700 pupils.
We are connected with high grid electricity, urban water supply systems and a gravel road to our school. We have an electric generator and 3 deep wells as a back up facility.
We have football, netball, volleyball pitches.
In our five year development plan we expect to put in place, a multipurpose hall, security wall, 40 more classes and 4 more dormitories to accommodate 500 pupils, modern playing pitches, water reservoir, as well as an advanced dispensary
(c) Information and Know how
Research conducted by the primary in different subject areas has enabled us to identify appropriate and relevant curriculum materials; pedagogy and teaching aids that make us offer unique services. Paradigms Nursery and Primary School has put in place a team of competent, relevant and experienced personnel which has continuously formulate sound and workable policies, goals and strategies towards our vision.
(d) Network and Relations
Paradigms Institute Ltd, which owns and manages the primary, is networked with various strategic stakeholders, within and outside the country which have similar interests.
The Institute has sustainable strategy of using the network and a long term relation with its strategic stakeholders to acquire strategic resources to enable it to offer unique services to the satisfaction of its various customers.
The Tanzania Investment Bank Ltd, which has financed phase II expansion project, has shown interest in working together with us in terms of growth and capacity building

Admission process begins with a written interview followed by placement of the pupil in the right level.
